Head Chef:
Head Chef has the responsibility to oversee the
production of all kitchen duties. We require a
minimum of two years chef experience.
Willingness to work up to six days a week (nights and
Holidays are a must). Ability to create different varieties
of food while working in a fast-paced environment. Must be

Waiter/Waitress:
Waiters/Waitresses have the responsibility of serving
our guest the five star service they so richly deserve.
Must be out-going, polite, and wittingly charming. We
require a minimum of one year experience (bilingual
preferred, but not mandatory). Ability to work well in
a fast-paced environment and under a lot of pressure.
Must be able to work nights and Holidays.

Host/Hostess:
Host/Hostess is responsible to greet our guest as soon
as they open the door. Must be out-going, friendly, and
wittingly charming. No experience necessary. Host/Hostess
have the ability to move up to being a Waiter/Waitress depending
on their desire to learn. Must be able to work nights and Holidays. Apply now
Bartender:
The Bartender is responsible for providing tasteful drinks
to the people sitting in the bar and dinning area. Must
enjoy working with people and must be able to work diligently
