In August 2007 I was granted tenure.  That means that I get to keep my job for as long as I want or until the concept of tenure goes away.

In August 2008 I was granted promotion to Associate Professor.

I want to thank all of you for your tremendous support.  Without the strong support I have received from students I would have given up long ago.
