The majority of the assignments will be short enough that you can complete them in lab.  If you do not have enough time to complete the assignment in lab you may complete it after lab as long as you finish it before the next assignment is posted (generally, before the next lab meets so you can demonstrate it in the next lab).

Most assignments will be demonstrated to me during the lab period.  Towards the end of the semester when you will be doing larger assignments I may require you to turn them in for formal testing.

If your program fails or if you fail to meet a requirement when you are demonstrating it, you may continue working on it and demonstrate it again as long as your last demonstration is before the above deadline.

Assignments that are not demonstrated in a timely manner will receive a zero.  It is the student's reponsibility to make sure they demonstrate his/her assignment.

I recommend you keep the solutions to all your assignments.  I will expect you to be able to build on the assignments for the quizzes.  In other words, if you organize your assignments well it will be easier to do the quizzes.
