I started this page Sunday, September 27, 1998
This page points to my Local Web Pages I have been creating as I found lists and discover sites in my travels.
Some the list are fairly large, but non of the list have graphics to load so the transfer is fast.
Ron's Local Web Pages are created using Excel 5.0 & Visual Basic, to automate the creation and maintenance of web pages. I am currently keeping an Index of about 1000 links this way.

search.htm (3616 bytes) A list of just search engines.
ftp.htm (10,658 bytes) This is for the people who don't need alot of descriptions about what they are doing. Watch for the README files.
telnet.htm (8,065 bytes) Remote operations of computers. You may need to sign on and identify yourself for most of these sites. They may require a password for access.
finger.htm (3,637 bytes) This is a new page sometimes it is fun and fast ... I hope it works for you.
This page was discontinued spring 2003- http.htm (52,608 bytes) This is stuff you should know how to use.
This page was discontinued spring 2003- Driver.htm (969 bytes) I may not keep this page ... I was thinking I would make something to point to manufactures I use on my home computer ... but I not working at it very fast.
This page was discontinued spring 2003- gopher.htm (11,696 bytes) Old style web surfing (this will date me).
