I really like having a title with Engineer in it.

Hybrid - Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering / Administrator - Programmer.

Seeking work as Engineer involving: research, design, manufacturing, testing, sales, and/or project control. Educated to produce results and willing to learn more. Organized team player, good problem solving abilities, logical and adaptable.

Current education specializes in Steam, Mechanical and Solar power generation transmission & utilization. Computational skills in Mechanical Design and analysis of  Automatic Controls System, Electronics, Stress analysis, FEA, Statics, Dynamics, Thermal Dynamics and Heat transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Engineering Economics.

Since 1999: Part-time instructor in a junior college. Training students in advance computer aided drafting. Specifically Solid Modeling.

Since 1996: System administrator Linux Redhat 4 through 6, and Novell Netware. 

Since 1994: Software packages Microsoft Office Pro 4.3 through XP - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Publisher, Front Page, Outlook. 

Since 1994: Computerized data acquisition with assorted hardware and equipment.

Since 1992: Very strong computer communication skills capable of telecommuting i.e. Computerized automated FAX or DATA transmission and receiving. Also, skilled in Internet E-mail, FTP, Telnet, NetMeeting, and web page making.

Since 1989: CADD - AutoCAD 10 through and currently learning 2004.

Since 1987: System operator of  MSDOS 3.2 through 6.22, Windows 3.1, 98, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP.

Since 1981: Assorted programming languages BASIC, FORTRAN, C, LISP. Skilled in writing custom computer applications in Visual BASIC 6.0.

Since 1976: Hand Design / drafting for machine parts, sheet metal, and structural detailing. Review and produce material takeoffs for estimating / material requisitions. 

Since 1976: Field Engineering support in nuclear construction. Scheduling time line / man loading, Design and drafting of installations, Construction management and support, Inspection of installations, Testing of installations, Quality Assurance and Documentation of Piping systems, Instruments and Hangers.
