| | Inspiration
When I started this assignment, I had no ideas for that. Even I see the desks everyday, how to present a desk with something inspirational which is hard for me. I have a busy life and I think if there is something which may reflect my life. That would be something called inspirations. Initially, I was thinking to use the title “Busy Life”, but finally I thought “Deadline” would be better to describe the specific desk scene and get the audiences’ attention. That is how my topic of this assignment came up.

| | Problems and Solutions
In this project, I had two main problems: 1) Timing At the beginning, I cost a lot of time to think about the inspiration of this assignment and got the real masseurs of the objects. In addition, I have a pretty busy schedule and I am not familiar with using Lightwave yet. How to work out this assignment and turn it in on time became a very big problem for me. After my consideration, I think the things most familiar for me, the most I can finish it within the time limited. So I choose the desk in my room that I use everyday. It becomes easier for me to get those masseurs and let those objects turn into my project. 2) Textures/Lighting As I am not familiar with using Lightwave, I got a big headache on using my textures to render the objects, such as I did not know the textures finally can be presented is not on the objects mode but in the layout mode. Also, the timing problem, I think the fast way to get the solutions is to ask helps from my classmates. Even I read the book and tried to find out the solutions, but a lot of steps were skipped in the text. Finally, I solved the textures problems and lighting problems thought my classmates’ helps.
