| | Inspiration
My name is Kyle Goodman,and this (the somewhat random scene below) is my desk scene. This little scene I have created is not really my dream office, nor does it have any real obvious sane inspiration, the only inspiration is the randomness of my psyche. The reason there are "granite" chairs in the room is simply this, I thought "wouldn't it be cool to have a granite lawn-chair...Oooh how about a granite desk-chair..." So as you can see I let things take me wither they will have me go in order to create a scene. In other words: voila...My desk scene...

| | Problems and Solutions
Ambient light made it difficult to see the difference in light as cast by the lamp
My models were all too small for the standerd lightwave textures, so all had to be scaled down
How do you get a projector screen to glow, My solution, luminosity & a light behind showing through

Planning the scene 30 minutes modeling 3 hours Placement(layout) 20 minutes texturing 1 hour lighting 2 or 3 hours
