Inspiration

I really like the time period of the War for Independence so I wanted to have the theme of a 1770's style office.

Problems and Solutions

Of course the biggest problem was the time but I also ran into technical difficulties with the computers. It wasn't that bad but it sure didn't speed up the process. At first I felt like I didn't know how to model very well but I grew accustomed to that quickly and the hard part became the texturing. I could have spent the same amount of time on it as I did with modeling but ran out of time. The worst part about lighting is that it takes so much time to render.  I'm new to it and that made it very time consuming. I used the glass tutorial and the liquid in glass tutorial from the class web site. Most of my questions were answered by other people in the class room.

Time Frame

I must have spent at least 25 hours + on the whole project.
