| | You need to revise the look and feel for your portfolio home page, based on feedback in class as well as others. You also need to create a look and feel for the subsidiary (secondary) pages, for example you may have Modeling as a major category, thus you need create what that page will look like. You usually want consistency between the pages of your site. Besides color and shapes, consider a logo and consistent placement of navigation. You may also have a gallery page - perhaps one for 3-D animation and one for 2-D animation. In some cases you will not have a gallery page. You will also need to have an example of what the detail page will look like; the detail page has thumbnail, description, and other pertinent information for your artwork.
For this assignment, you are not creating the portfolio web site, you are creating a image of what the site will look like. Use Photoshop or other tool to create a mock-up images of the home page, secondary page, gallery page and detail page as necessary for your portfolio. You will use these images in your presentation of your look and feel. Be ready to explain why you made your choices in view of your stated target audience.
In the end you will have three or four images based on the organization of your site. You may have the Home, Gallery and Detail; Home, Secondary, Gallery and Detail; or Home, Gallery and Detail. With careful consideration you might only have two Home and Gallery/Detail where the details are presented on the gallery page. With all these pages consider what you are attempting to show and to whom.
