| | Inspiration Our group came up with the idea for this scene after discussing a trip that one of us took to Alcatraz over the break. Our story deals with is a previous inmate or guard returning to the now run down and neglected prison.

| | Problems and Solutions
We originally wanted to model and texture the prison when it was new and then old. We planned to light the scene in the same way the cursed pirates in Pirates of the Caribbean were lit in the moonlight. With this special lighting, we planned to have the new areas shine in the lit areas, while the unlit areas would remain old. This proved to be too time intensive to apply both new and old textures.
