Inspiration

My inspiration is from the RPG games that I played before. I looked up some of the scenes in those games, and did lot of researches of tutorials for this project. I am trying to create a quiet, lonely feeling in the scene. The story is about a guy tried to get away from the enemy. He found a shelter in a solitary place, and he wrote a letter to his love in the midnight. It is my first time doing the 3D modeling. It took me quite some time to do this project, but I really enjoy in the whole process, and I like the result of my work, too.

Problems and Solutions

Since it is my first time using Lightwave, the main problems I had is trying to figure out how to get the tools work. It took me a lot of time in learning these new stuffs. The other problem is about texturing the letter. I looked the tutorial of this object, but it made me confused since the complexity of the whole process. At the end some part I still couldn’t figure it out but I tried to make it looks as good as possible.
