| | Inspiration
My inspiration for this project came from one day when I was looking for a job I happened upon a company that was hiring photographers to take panoramic pictures that would be used in creating 3d models of houses. These models would then be used to help potential buyers view homes on a real estate website. The job sounded kind of easy and fun so I kept it in mind. Then when it was time to come up with my final scene I remembered that job I was interested and decided to try and create my home here in Chico using digital photographs and a 3d modeler.

| | Problems and Solutions
The main problem I had with this project was getting my textures to stick to my objects. I would apply a texture to an object and then try to move the object when I moved the object the projected texture would stay still wile the object moved. This would make the object look funny because the texture wouldn’t line up with it. I solved this problem by using UV maps instead of textures.
