| | Inspiration
My inspiration for my scene was above all to get it done. I’m still very shaky with Lightwave and though I’m improving it is not without continuous setbacks. My focus switched from creating my ideal scene to finishing each of the requirements in time. The idea I tried to execute was a normal desk, like my, own floating on a lava ground with rock walls, a surreal yet interesting scene. It is simple but respectable to me, considering the effort I put in.

| | Problems and Solutions
I could write about the problems I had with this assignment and fill pages. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was repeating many of the mistakes I made more than once. The major mistakes I made saving and transporting my scene caused the most frustration and resulted in much more make-up work. As for the scene itself, for nearly every object I made that wasn’t a box, I required step by step help to figure it out. The solutions to my problems came, but didn’t stick enough. The fact that I did have to rebuild my scene as well as many of the objects in it numerous times got my more familiar with some of Lightwave’s functions. Basically, every single tool that I used from bending to textures I improved upon because I learned each from scratch. I’m beginning to feel more comfortable, but I know I have a great distance to go.
