Inspiration/Story

For my final project, I wanted to focus on creating a very detailed model of a relatively simple object. While I was waiting in one of my classes, I was trying to think of what object that I could create that would both be not overly complex, yet had alot of small detail that would need to be modeled. While I was thinking, I happened to glance down to check the time and I noticed that my watch would be the perfect object to model for my final project.

Problems and Solutions:

I had major problems with trying to get a 'metal' look...After a few hours I managed to tweak the surface properties enough to get a better approximation of metal, but it's still far from photorealistic. All in all, I'm satisfied with how the model turned out.
