Yuka KusagawaFinal Scene
One Night

When I started to think about what kind of scene I want to create for a final project, I thought I wanted to create a night view. At first, I tried to create a tower looking from a park. But, I ended up not to do that scene, because I realized if I create that scene, I have to add a lot of tree and it will increase the number of polygons and I don't have enough time to rendering it. So, I change the scene to a big city in the future. I tried to use just simple objects. But, still I cared the shape of building to look like as if the city is in a future.

This is the story behind the scene: One Night, One Love
It was just an accident that I met you at a night city. But I fell in love.
I fell in your sweet trap. I don't know how I can escape from here.
Sometimes I feel like it's stupid to love a bad guy like you, but
I can't help loving you. So..

      Love, don't go anywhere.
      Please look at only me.
Don't tell transparent lies any more.
You also need me, don't you?
I know you also fell in my trap.

      Love, don't let me go.
      Please look at only me.
If I were with you, I could be hopeful for any kind of future.
Love, take me to that future.

The problem I had is I had a little bit difficult time to create spiral steps. Because before I created this scene, I tried the tutorial to create spiral steps, I thought I can use that knowledge. But when I used the clone tool, at first the way tutorial used doesn't work because the size of center object was different. Then, I realized if I change the center point to rotate I still can use the clone tool, and I could. And also, it was hard to find textures for buildings. I created those textures from real night view pictures. But because still most of such pictures were really small, I have to select some. Even if I could find a nice picture, I couldn't use that picture as a texture because the size of building in the picture was really small.
