Inspiration:
My inspiration was to develop a 3D scene that looks and feels like a real place. I didn't want to create a cartoon scene, but a sober and clean, which will appeal to any one very real.  I try to transfer as many details as I could to the objects that I decided to replicate.

Problems:
I experienced many different problems during the construction of my models and scene from light problems to a complete media lost.
Some of the problems that I found where that my glass didn't stand out how I was specking, the texture on the floors didn't look as I wanted, and the transparency or translucence didn't work well on my lamp.  My glass was looking more like a plastic cup rather than a real glass. Other problem that I experienced was that the textures on the floor didn't show up how I want it to be displayed.  Another problem was the light of the lamp, that didn't go out from the lamp's cover.
But my my mayor problem was that I experienced a complete media lost not one but twice. The first media lost I lost every thing because my backup was deleted two day before, and I forgot to backed up again. My second media lost I had everything backed up in the hard drive, just a couple of minor things were lost it.

Solutions:
For the glass I used a formula that a classmate gave me to fix the transparent appearance, so it looks real.
For the texture of the floor, I start to play with the textures, until I found that I had to select a different Texture Axis to display the texture on the right axis.
To solve the problem that the light could not go through the lamp's cover, I did few modifications on the Luminosity, Secularity, Reflection, Translucency of light and lamp's cover.
And to solve the problem of my media lost, I was doing backup to every to modifications that I made on my models and scene.

P.S. NEVER BUY A ZIP DRIVE!!!!!!!
