I'm awestruck by the rapidity of my pizza's arrival, as well
as the raving demeanor of my androgynous delivery person.
I will certainly order again, once funds permit, and particu-
larly if some sort of contest or raffle is devised, wherein
I can become eligible for a cash prize valued at any absurd
amount, since any absurd amount would be inordinately more
than I possess at the moment. For all those seeking future
careers, a word of warning: harvesting bellybutton lint is
not the growth industry it was predicted to become 5 years
ago. Certainly, positions became vacant, but who could have
foreseen the avariciousness of the millowners in refusing to
restaff, and instead eliminating those positions entirely?
Just a few words to the wise.
And how about some additional toppings for we Cajun folks?
Blackened skillets, perhaps? Or some well-seasoned crawfish
heads? Just a thought. Not like I'm going to write the code
or anything. . . . Laissez Lez Bon Temps Roulers!

A Partly True Tale
I was once a pizza cook at Pizza Hut in the late "70s.
While preparing a large Supreme on the "make table" a bloody
band-aid worked its way off my finger and into the sauce,
which, of course, was scooped onto the pizza. It was cooked
to perfection and served to a table of five women, one of
whom noticed it (the band-aid) right away and called the
waitress over. "What's this?!!" she shouted, pointing at the
lone object,"we specifically ordered EXTRA band-aids on this
Pizza!" The problem was soon resolved, as all the employees
on that shift peeled off their respective band-aids and
placed them on the pizza, whereupon I recooked for them.
Moral of the story: Inspect before you bite.
