Due: Before the six month timeline of the videotape course expires

The implementation of your database project will include the following:

1) Corrections to Phase 1.

2) A Menu Hierarchy which shows the nested levels of the implementation.

3) Print Outs of the table descriptions which give the name of the table, the column definitions and a listing of the actual data stored in that table.

4) Print Outs of each of the data entry and edit forms created for the database.

5) Print Outs of each report created for the database.

6) Demonstration of the data validation check rules which insure data integrity for the data base.
