Our Mission... is to improve the operations of the groups and agencies we serve so that they can better serve their internal and external customers. Our objective is to provide solutions to the information technology problems facing the various agencies of the state of California. Through the services we provide we will facilitate better communication between agency staff and their customers. We will assist these agencies to provide enhanced services to their customers by improving the efficiency with which they provide information and by streamlining their operations. Why the Center for Information Technology Consulting (CITC)? Our team consists of some of the finest Ph.D. qualified consultants resident in the North State, having over 70 combined years of experience in information technology. We are highly skilled at analyzing the business processes of the various state agencies we serve, building models of their information needs and designing and building the systems and software that solve their information related problems. CITC provides a full range of client services including education and training in cutting-edge software tools and software development, software and systems project management, feasibility studies and needs assessments, development of robust, fault tolerant systems, as well as software project oversight and assessment. With our group of technical support staff we are also positioned to house and support your software applications within the College of Engineering here at CSU, Chico. |
