IRIS Fuzzy Logic Library

The IRIS Fuzzy Logic Library is a collection of C++ classes modeled after The Mathworks' MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolkit. The main goal is to emulate the functionality of the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolkit in a portable C++ library.

Autonomous SAR e-ATV

The objective of this project is to convert a (kids) 36V Minimoto Electric ATV into an autonomous Search and Rescue (SAR) robot that can navigate the outdoors. The robot will have two modes of operation: teleoperation by a human operator, and fully autonomous.

K-Team Khepera II Fuzzy SAR-bot

The objective of this project is to develop a fuzzy logic approach for the navigation control and localization problem of an autonomous robot in the search and rescue domain. The Khepera II platform will be used for proof-of-concept by applying the algorithm to KheperaSot, the Khepera mini-robot version of Robocup.

LEGO Mindstorms NXT

The ISL recently acquired ten (10) LEGO Mindstorms NXT robotics kits. These kits will be used as research robots and potentially for some advanced or graduate-level intelligent systems courses.
