Instructions

Unless otherwise specified, all technical papers for any of Dr. J's classes should be submitted for Dr. J's review in both printed and electronic versions. Dr. J will not review any paper that students have not submitted to him via the TurnItIn.com plagiarism prevention and detection system. E-versions of manuscripts are submitted to TurnItIn.com by joining the class with the appropriate class ID (acquire the class ID and the class password from Dr. J).

Remote students may have to submit their technical papers via fax and electronically through the TurnItIn.com website. Check with Dr. J for additional detail.

 Dr. J prefers electronic submissions in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat's PDF Writer available to you, consider migrating to OpenOffice.org or use a free converter such as   GNU GPL-based PDFCreator creates PDFs out of common MS Windows software like Word and every other Windows Application that uses Windows Printers.
