teaching

this fall 2009, i am teaching csci 311 algorithms and data structures, csci 580 artificial intelligence, and csci 693, research methods in computer science. i am also the assessment coordinator for the college of engineering, computer science, and construction management (ecc). check out my office hours ...

research

i am the director of the institute for research in intelligent systems (IRIS) and co-director of the intelligent systems laboratory (ISL). IRIS and ISL focus on intelligent systems research pertaining to autonomous systems for search and rescue.
