Ever wanted a digital camera or maybe a camera that you could use on your computer for video conferencing? One that wouldn't cost you a fortune and also one that still looks pretty nice? Well here it is, the Creative Labs Video Blaster WebCam Go.

  • Sound-card and mic are required for video conferencing

  • Color VGA (640X480) CCD with manual focus
  • 4MB of Solid State Memory (non-upgradeable)
  • LCD display for number of pictures left and and mode of stills capture

  • Single snapshot
  • Multiple snapshot (timed snapshot and iteration interval between images)
  • Time-delayed snapshot
  • Time-delayed multiple snapshot
  • When disconnected from computer:
  • Captures 92 still images at 640X480 in JPEG format
  • Uses two AAA batteries (included in the box)
  • Software configured auto shut off after specified idle time
  • When connected to computer
  • Captures 30FPS at 352X288, 320X240, 176X144, 160X120 and 15FPS at 640X480
  • Connects to PC via USB port
  • Installation and Setup
    The software installation is pretty straightforward: connect the camera and let windows find the software drivers on the CD. Seting up the software is not to difficult either--just pick your directory and let the software program load the utilities onto your computer. 

    No hassles here, assuming your USB port is working properly.
