In January 2001 I received my Microsoft Certified Professional certificate for Windows NT 4.0 Workstation implementation and installation. For more infomration, have a look at Microsoft Certification site.
I took courses at De Anza College to prepare for the MCP. I particularly liked CIS 156A and CIS 156B, but now there is a new class for Windows 2000.
As of now, I need to take the MCP 70-67 NT Server exam. Also in the future (March 2001 or so) I expect to take the MCP 70-240 for Windows 2000. This is a good stepping stone to receiving the MCSE (Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) certification, which one needs seven exams.
Please note the MCP 70-73, 70-67 and other NT 4.0 exams are going to be retired 28 February 2001, so hurry up if you still want your NT certification!!!!!
