Gabriel's Art Page

Yeah, I know that this is in violation of the whole "no-graphics" thing, but this is just hidden back here, and for a limited time only. So act fast!   (For those of you who don't know, just click the "back" button on your browser to get back to this page from the pictures)

Assigment 1: We had to do a landscape of some sort. Here it is before we had to add the dumb stencils.

Assignment 2: This was another landscape, but with specific requirements: a house, some clouds, some plant life.

Assignment 3: A modification of number 2, we had to add some water of some kind.

Assignments 4 and 5: An animation assignment. My brilliant movie is languishing on some Mac's hard drive, perhaps never to see the light of day again. But, Click here to see the really cool (maybe) mountains I used as a background.

Assignment 6: A fractal project, which suffered a similar fate to the previous two. You didn't miss much, I promise.

Assignment 7: A still life of an apple.

Assignment 8: A more copmplex still life, based on a sketch we made of physical objects while in class.

The Tutorials: We had to do these three before no. 9. Check out the fire and my name in lights.

Assignment 9: Add the apple to our still life and play with the special effects and text. Here it is without all the flash, just the apples.

Assignment 10: The world famous collage assignment. Check out my homage to Sci-Fi.

Assignment 11: A really funky self portrait thing.

Huge Ego: Click here to see the picture the self portait was based on.

If you want to know more, This was all because of Helen Gesick's CSCI 40 class.  Check out her page!
