Welcome to my CSCI 145 website

Hello, I'm a senior this year at Chico State. This is my second year here, and I am majoring in Communication Design with the option in Information and Communication Systems. I enjoy this major because it mixes technology like computer programming with design. I think this is the perfect major for someone aspiring to be a web designer/developer.

I've been a freelance web designer for about 2 years now. I enjoy making sites and it definitely beats bagging groceries at K-Mart or Home Depot, which I've done. I did some web work for the School of Continuing Education and am currently working for the Butte County Office of Education on level 2 of the Tupe Online site.

I really enjoy drinking, especially Sierra Nevada beers. $1 pints of Pale Ale is an incredible deal. Butte Creek is another great brewery in Chico. They give awesome tours and taste tests, which won't let you walk out sober. I personally enjoy Roland's Red and Gold Ale.

Two of my favorite things to do are skateboarding and snowboarding. Snowboarding is more relaxing though. There is nothing like gliding down a powder covered hill feeling the cool breeze on your face while being perfectly warm in clothes. Although, skating is a lot of fun at Chico State when it's not so damn hot, and the campus cops aren't present. The school is practically a skate park.
