RFC searcher
This will search the
rfc-index.txt file from nic.ddn.mil
for the specified keyword or string and allow you to view the RFCs
that match your search key somewhere in their title.
The search is case-insensitive. Hopefully I'll have time later to add
AND and OR searches, case-sensitivity switches, etc.
