First archive

The first archive of the class is weird. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The web server was down that day and it was supposed to be fixed but sometimes it does not even show the first web page.

So, I suggest that you open the course home page http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~amk/foo/csci650/index.html and then later when I start the material in the archive, the Chapter 1 notes to follow along with me for the first archive. I apologize for the inconvenience - it is not too bad but I am glad that I am aware that sometimes it opens and sometimes not so you can be prepared

Handouts

Offsite students: Please send me a physical address so that I can mail you the two handouts of the course.

One is the assignment for Day 3 and Day 5.
Here is a scanned copy if it works for you. If not, send me email with your address info.

The other handout will be understandable/used at the end of the course.
