The Windows version of Smalltalk can be accessed through anonymous ftp to ftp.ecst.csuchico.edu (IP address: 132.241.3.56) in directory /users/amk/smalltalk/visualworks/PCVersion . Files are README and pkunzip.exe; directories are primary/ and advanced/ . You probably only need the primary files.
