Getting and Saving Java BeanBox work at CSUC

The BDK1.1 download is located here

To run the beanbox, use the command

 run.bat

This will open the Beanbox. There are a number of things you can save here as seen in the menu of the file option

If you choose to save then you can overwrite the pathname and specify your own directory.

If you choose SerializeComponent, it only lets you save it in one place. SO, make sure to double click on the tmp directory choice (you need to scroll down in Folders a bit) and put it there. Once there, you should immediately move it (mv) to your own directory in case someone else overwrites it.

If you choose MakeApplet it puts all needed files in the tmp directory under a myApplet folder. See this link for more on what happens here.
Again, once there you should immediately move it (mv) to your own directory in case someone else overwrites it.
