Sponsor

This node represents the sponsor for a plan. The sponsor is responsible for telling the selector how worthy a plan is for a particular solution. It consists mainly of a table matcher that allows the user to compare the status of selected database variables to constant or other variables and return a suitability index. It also allows the user to use wildcard "Don’t care" selections when comparing. For more details, see the Sponsor Panel.
