Selector

This node represents the selector for a plan. The selector is responsible for contacting the sponsor of each plan within the specialist and querying it for the suitability index ( -3 to 3). It then sorts all the plans by suitability and executes the first plan in the sorted list. The selector does not have any editable components and thus is referred to a "hard-wired." In the future, the Selector could have different methods for choosing the "best" plan and algorithms for choosing another plan after the last choice failed.
