Monday's @ 5pm in the Dpt. Conference Room This semester is going to be a busy one. We have SPAC and the Banquet to put together, along with a few other things. Hello I.E.E.E. Officers and others!
We will be having a general meeting this Wednesday October 24. I really need everybody possible to attend. This will be in O'Connell at 5:30 pm. The room is number has yet to be determined. Quoting Rob: "It's time to go back to school and that means it's time for the first IEEE officer meeting of the school year. We are currently planning to meet Wednesday, September 5th at 5:00 pm in the IEEE lab (O'Connel 341) so please show up if at all possible. We also need to arrange a meeting time that is convenient for everyone, so please send us your schedule so that we may choose a convenient time for everyone. IEEE and HKN presents EECE Banquet
Friday, April 6th, 2007 Sylvester's Cafe 6:00PM (doors open at 5:30PM) $10 students/faculty/staff $30 industry/alumni The Annual EECE Spring Banquet is fast approaching and IEEE is hooking up with Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) to host a night for the EECE Department at California State University, Chico. The night will include networking with industry/alumni, the traditional professors' roast, student awards, and dinner prepared by HKN. The news system needs to be tested. All officers will need to submit passwords to me (Paul) in order to get access to the IEEE news submission system.
The news headline system can also be modified so that it sends out an e-mail copy of the submitted news item to all of the IEEE officers, too! New Content : New News Posting System!

Now any of the IEEE officers can post news to the IEEE website directly! This new feature utilizes a database and a PHP application I made from scratch. It incorporates user accounts with passwords and security. HTML is also supported in the news text. For example:

Soon there will be a preview mode and icons for each type of news article! |
