Student Advisory Board

New this Fall 2005: The Student Advisory Board

The department is pleased to announce the formation of the Student Advisory Board, starting this Fall 2005. As the main constituent of our department educational/learning mission, our students now have a formal forum to maintain active involvement in their department through the Student Advisory Board (SAB).

The board consists of a cross section of ECE students at different program ranks, as well as from the professional and honor society leaderships. The SAB meets with the ECE Chair typically once a semester and provides input for consideration by the department regarding curriculum, facilities, and other aspects of their educational experience in the department.
