CSU Chico ECE Department - Dr. Adel A. Ghandakly

Introduction

Long career of Professional Engineering, Teaching, Research, and Department Administration, as well as many industry collaborations, Best Teacher Award, overwhelming recognition by alumni as the professor that had the most impact on their professional careers, great number of publications including IEEE Best Paper award, many Ph.D. and MS well placed graduates, and $Millions of external funding. Also past Chairman of the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, at the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. While there, and with a Five Year Contract funding, Dr. Ghandakly established the new and remarkable off campus CSE program at Lorain County Community College (LCCC), in the Cleveland area, a currently thriving entrepreneurial department expansion venture.

In August 2005, joined California State University, Chico, California as Chairman and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
