The Chico Science Fair, titled “Spring for Science”, will take place during the week of March 25 , 2013 at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds.
Prior to the fair, two workshops for K-12 students and their parents will be offered in preparation for the annual Chico Science Fair. Chico school students and their parents may attend one or both of the workshops.
The workshops will explain the scientific method, demonstrate the Chico Science Fair format for projects and answer questions.
The two workshops are free and are located at the sites listed below.
Notre Dame School ’s Gym, 435 Hazel Street , 7pm . Chico State University ’s OMICRON Honors Biology Club will provide a hands-on science activity.
