If you need to talk to me and can't make my office hours, send me e-mail with a list of times you are available.
I usually keep my office door closed, even during office hours.  If my door is closed, try knocking.

(Note: In this country, if an individual's office door is closed it is considered rude to walk into the office without knocking first.)
