Describe the effect turnover has had on your group. Overall would you describe the change in your team as positive, negative, or neutral?  Why?

 

Was your team able to assign the new team member the same tasks as those of the team member who left? Why?

 

Did the tasks assigned to the existing team members change because of the loss of the old team member?  Explain.

 

Has your confidence level in your team’s ability to successfully complete your group project increased, decreased, or remained the same?  Why?

 

What can be done to ease your group’s transition between team members?

 

Do you believe the expectation that the software development schedule and scope be unaffected by the turnover is realistic?  Why?

 

Describe two ways communication in your group has changed because of the turnover.  Is the change positive, negative, or neutral?  How could the change be prevented?

 

Was the loss of a team member a risk your group anticipated during the risk analysis exercise?  If so did that aid your team in handling the loss of your teammate?
