Why not stick with what's easy, convert one-for-one. That's what you wanted to hear, right?

Cyberware

Humanity Cost = Essence (therefore loose random amount)
Street index = 10x (experimental new cyber systems)
Availability = 10/14days (has to be shipped from Europe)
Note: cyberpunk and Shadowrun cyber should not be compatible, nor complimentary. Bonuses should not add together.

Guns

Damage Class = Pick an equivalent ShadowRun weapon
Weapon Accuracy = Innate/internal recoil compensation
ROF 1 = SS, 2= SA, 3= Burst, 4+ = Max Full Auto

Armor

AV/5 = Ballistic Rating
AV/5 = Impact Rating (if hard armor)
AV/10 = Impact Rating (if soft armor)

Software & Cyberdecks

Don't waste your time... this is the only place that Shadowrun is better that Cyberpunk. At least now that VR2 is out.

Everything converts real easy when you use one-for-one ratio. Beware of skinweave. Do not let them comparison shop between the Cyberpunk book and Shadowrun. All of Cyberpunk stuff should be considered high tech, requiring that "edge" that allows a character to get that kind of stuff. And yes, full borgs are fun. Full borgs on cybermancy sounds too good to pass up. Maybe I'll start doing this again.

Be warned this is worse then letting your players read Cybertechnology, or have free access to Shadowtech. Some of the stuff in CP2020 just does not work in Shadowrun. You have been warned.
